By accessing or using Viao ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, operated by Viao AG ("us", "we", or "our").

Description of Service

Viao is a community platform that enables users to:

• Share recommendations and local insights

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Update your information to keep it current and accurate
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Report any security breaches or unauthorized access immediately

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Viao. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, malware, or other malicious code
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Violates privacy rights of others
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Promotes violence or illegal activities

Community Standards

• Be Respectful: Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Be Authentic: Use your real identity and provide accurate information
• Be Constructive: Contribute positively to discussions and community growth
• Be Safe: Prioritize safety in all interactions and meetups
• Be Local: Focus on content relevant to your local community

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Viao to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access or use the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect user information without permission
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Viao AG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without prior written consent.

Privacy

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
